Discharge Dye Screen Printing over the Seam

We recently hooked up with Longwood Skateboards to do a run of shirts with discharge screen printing over the side seam. Here’s a little peek into the process from start to finish.

Mixing the color pigments directly into the discharge.

The screen on the press. Love the logo, true homage to skateboarding.

This is what the discharge looks like until you cure the ink and bring out the true color.

The end result, a nice vibrant print.
