  1. What is needed to place an order?

    Needed to place an Order

    If you are ready to place an order with Atlas Print, here are a few things we require to get started.

    • Design Files
    • Style & Brand of Shirt
    • Quantity & Sizes of Shirts for each design
    • Number of colors per design
    • Number of print locations per design
    • Date of delivery for the order (if needed)
    • Shipping & Billing Address
    • Contact Info & Payment information

  2. Is there a minimum order?

    Minimum Orders

    Standard Screen Printing t-shirt orders we have a 12 shirt minimum.
    We print a minimum of 12 pieces in one style and shirt color wirh the same imprint colors. You may mix the shirt sizes.

    Customer supplied shirts are a 36 piece minimum for customer supplied shirts for screen printing.

    Over Sized Screen Printing t-shirt orders are a 36 shirt minimum.

    Discharge Screen Printing t-shirt orders are a 36 shirt minimum.

    Four Color Process Screen Printing orders are a 50 shirt minimum.

    Embroidery shirt and hat orders are a 12 piece minimum. We do not offer embroidery service on customer supplied garments.

    Small Orders For small orders as few as one piece check out our Photo Gift Items.

  3. What is your normal turn around time?

    Our standard turn around time from the final art approval.

    Screen Printing: 7-10 Business days
    Embroidery: 7-10 Business days
    Offset Printing: 5 Business days
    Signs and Banners: 5 Business days

    This is not including Weekends and Holidays. Some special orders may take longer.
    This is a very firm time frame as we schedule our presses over a week in advance. If you need your order by a specific deadline, let us know when placing your order so we may accommodate your Rush Order.

    RUSH SERVICES

    Rush services are available for screen printing & embroidery orders. We do ask that you call ahead first to make sure we are able to handle your rush order with our production schedule. All Rush Orders are PREPAY ONLY.
    2 Day Rush: 50% of order total
    5 Day Rush: 25% of order total

  4. What about Rush Orders?

  5. Do you supply the shirts?

    Atlas Print supplies and imprints high quality apparel in a wide variety of brands and styles. We are sure to have a solution for your next project. Looking for something particular? Let us know, we will find the right garment to fit your budget.

  6. Can I supply the shirts

    Customer Supplied Shirts

    Customer supplied shirts are a 36 piece minimum for screen printing. We print a minnimum of 12 shirts with the same ink imprint colors.

    Embroidery we do not offer embroidery service on customer supplied garments.

  7. What kind of art files do you accept?

    Acceptable File Formats

    eps, psd, tiff

    VECTOR: (PREFERRED)
    1. Adobe Illustrator (.ai) – our preferred format, saved as .eps format
    2. Other vector programs – files created in Coreldraw, etc. saved in a generic eps format

    RASTER: 200-300 DPI AT 100% SIZE
    (MUTIPLE-COLORS may require seperation charges)
    1. Adobe Photoshop – .psd
    2 .tiff or .bmp format

  8. Can I send a JPEG, Publisher or Word file?

    What the JPEG?

    We do not except low quality jpeg files because of their general small size and poor resolution quality for print as well as color corruption issues. Jpegs and Giff files are a compressed Raster format mainly used for fast web view on monitors at 72dpi.(dots per inch) They are not high enough quality for good print resolution at actual print size when blown up for a shirt. Print quality is 200-300dpi at actual print size.
    Its kind of like giving a gourmet chef a pack of roman noodles and asking him to cook a 5 star meal for a family of 12.

    Logo Cleanup Service

    If you have a blurry or pixilated logo or design, we can redraw and clean up for crisp and clear print quality no matter what size print.

  9. How much does it cost for Atlas to design my artwork?

    Custom Design

  10. What are your Screen Setup Charges?

    Screen Setup Charges

    Standard Screen Charge: $20 per screen per color
    Water Based Screen Charge: $30 per screen per color
    Over Sized Screen Charge: $60 per screen per color
    4 Color Process Screen Printing: $120

  11. What size of area do I have to print my design?

  12. Do you do all over prints?

    Oversized Prints

    We now offer over size screen printing up to a max size of 17“w x 18“h in addition to our standard screen printing max size of 12.5“w x 14“h

  13. Can I mix shirt and print colors?

    Color Changes

    Yes we print a minimum of 12 pieces in one style and shirt color. You may mix the shirt sizes. We print a minnimum of 12 shirts with the same print color. Any Ink Color Changes on a run require down time in production to clean and re ink screens resulting in a color change charge.

  14. What color inks do you print?

  15. Do you print with waterbased ink?

    Water Based Inks

    Yes we now print with eco-friendly Water based inks that are PVC and Phalate free as an altnerative to our standard plastisol inks.

  16. Can you match PMS colors for screen printing?

    Custom Pantone Color matching

    Yes, we now custom match colors in house for both plastisol and waterbased inks.
    Please supply Coated PMS colors from the pantone swatch book. If you are setting up your own art files, please read our Color Seperation info on our Artwork page.
